Our community consists of more than 3,000 residents spanning approximately 1997 square kilometers. This community also represents the need for diverse forms of communication. Informing and engaging our community requires the collaboration of everyone. We can only accomplish real change when we are all informed engaged, and empowered.
What is an Ambassador?
Division Ambassadors will:
- Allow for an organized and structured form of growing the engagement and empowerment of our county residents.
- Ambassadors will be able to talk to the people in their division about what is going on with County council and administration.
- Share printed material with those that do not have access to social media or other internet websites.
- Allow them to learn what individual county issues their neighbours have and things that affect them.
This will help bring our community even closer, and build the future of Thorhild County together.
