A vibrant downtown with ample services, things to do, a bakery, larger hardware centre, more restaurants and banks, auto dealerships, more gracery stores, body shops, repair centers, electricians, plumbers. Lawyers, hospitals.
Updated buildings in the urban centre. More paved roads. We need a small town say 2000 to 4000 people to save this county from extinction.
